Day 3 Self-Love *WORKOUT*

We are on day 3 people of our Self-Love Task Post. WORKOUT!!!

Many people don’t want to do it, but what we fail to understand is our bodies needs this in our everyday tasks to keep the longevity of our lives. Working out helps reduce the risk of diseases, it improves mental health, reduces anxiety and depression, gives you better brain health, stronger bones, helps you in your weight management, healthier skin, improved heart health and so much more.

So why are we so stubborn and or lazy to get these incredible benefits? Its probably not a habit, which is the case for many people. Why work at something hard, when your comfortable where you’re at?

Doesn’t God want us to be challenged? To try new things so that we can grow spiritually, physically, mentally, and socially STRONGER?

And yet, this is so hard for people to schedule time into their day to workout.

This is my mom. She decided early in her marriage that she wanted to start working out to strengthen her health and her body physically.

This is my friend Robin and she has come far on a new health journey physically and spiritually. She has become a health coach and helps many individuals on their health journey. It has pushed her out of her comfort zone and she has soared in great measures.

This is my friend Mel. This Goddess has surpassed challenges of life. She would get comments from family members about her weight, which would bring her self-image down. But, those comments didn’t hold her down, she is stronger than ever before and knows he worth from working hard with her health and working out. I guess you can say, she is kicking BUTT!

My point is; we are all different. We all go through different challenges when it comes to our health and working out. BUT, we shouldn’t give up. God will not give up on us, and we can not give up on ourselves.

Keep pushing forward. Today is the day to make that next baby step and schedule a time to go workout!!
